Hiring our fully-equipped, internet- connected meeting room is the perfect  solution when you’re looking for a private, functional, inexpensive space to discuss a project. Whether you’re a  business brainstorming ideas or holding a conference, or a community group taking forward a new idea, booking our first-rate meeting room facility is another way of supporting our charity in its valuable work.

Our meeting room can seat 15 people in boardroom style or 20 people in conference style.

Our catering services are flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs. Options include morning and afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits, and a buffet lunch of sandwiches followed by cake or dessert. 

Our meeting room has a projector and screen plus the facility to Skype or teleconference.

CONFERENCE ROOM STYLE (seats 20) (£80.00/£60 00* per day)   

MORNING TEA/COFFEE/BISCUITS (£2.50 per person)   

BUFFET LUNCH (sandwich selection with sweet - £7.50 per person) 

AFTERNOON TEA/COFFEE/BISCUITS (£2.50 per person)
