We have two workshops where there are volunteering opportunities available. Within the electrical workshop you will have the chance to join the electrical team and work towards a PAT testing certificate. Volunteering with the bikes project gives an opportunity to learn how to refurbish and build bikes.

They are great places to meet new people and develop the confidence to engage with the public.

Mentoring - Interested in helping others to realise their potential? We have a number of willing volunteers who are keen to help with the valuable work of New Start. To enable them to do so, we always welcome people to work alongside them. If you enjoy seeing people making the most of opportunities, this could be for you.
